We believe in promoting local talent at Buccaneer Diving and nearly every single one of our Instructors did their Instructor training with us in Mombasa. In fact a number of our Instructors joined us as salesmen, tank carriers or dive guides and have worked their way up to Instructor in our development programs through hard work and enthusiasm.

Most also have further training and are also Padi Emergency First Response Instructors with Specialty Instructor qualifications. All our Instructors are passionate about the sea and are very experienced in diving the sites along the East Africa Coastline.

All our Instructors are fluent in English and if we include all the languages spoken fluently by our Instructors we can also teach diving in French, Italian, German, Dutch, Arabic and Swahili.
